Richard Bell is an award winning British designer who creates design led furniture & interior products driven by concept, material & process. His work explores aesthetic, functionality & marketability & the vision is to collaborate with leading design brands & manufacturers to create interesting & beautiful products.

In 2010, after studying Furniture Design at Sheffield Hallam University, Richard founded Psalt Design, a studio which designs & manufactures modern, design led contract furniture for both domestic & commercial spaces around the globe.

Richard’s work with Psalt has been shortlisted for a number of awards and he was previously given BoConcept’s ‘Ones to Watch Award’. Through Psalt, Richard has also specified his products to brands & companies including; Walter Knoll, Nando’s, WeWork, Marriott Hotels, Moxy Hotels, English Heritage, Proper, AllStay Apartments & CLV UK.

Richard is currently working alongside a number of leading design brands to develop new products through Richard Bell Studio whilst also managing & directing the Psalt Design Studio.
